1. How do I register?
Registration is easy and straightforward. To register on the web and start uploading your images and videos go to the registration page and fill out the details requested. You will be asked to upload one profile photo and one profile video clip. These will be FREE for viewers to download. After you have uploaded these you can begin to upload other images and videos for people to download when viewing your profile.
To register from your mobile simply browse to (insert final URL) on your mobile phone.
2. How do I log-in?
Once you have registered you can log-in on either the web or wap sites. On either simply click on Login button and enter your username and your password.
3. How do I edit my profile?
You can edit your profile at anytime! Once you have successfully logged in you can edit your profile by selecting Profile in the top right.
4. How can I add more Videos and Images to my profile?
There are lots of ways to add more videos and images to your profile. On the web, log-in to Twisted Talent and go to your profile. By selecting the pics or video tab you will see instructions on how you can upload your content. Be sure to give each a title and a description!
From your mobile, you can also upload content via the wap site. You must login to the wap site to do this.
5. What file formats can I upload?
We accept 3GP, avi, mov, mpeg and mgp formatted video and gif, jpeg, jpg, png and bmp images.
6. Why was my content not posted?
If you have uploaded content that does not comply with our terms and conditions it will not be posted.
7. Is there a size limit on pictures and videos?
If you are uploading video from your phone, if the phone can record the video then it should be available for upload. If you are uploading videos from the web, the size limit is 30MB.
8. How Can I Make £££££'s?
Good question! Anyone who downloads your content to their mobile has to pay for the privilege! You also receive a share of the profits from live chat or hosting a webcam session.
9. I've uploaded a video but now I want to delete it. How do I do this?
Easy. Go to your profile and select either video or pics. Then click on the video/pic you want to delete and then click on the Disable tab. The disabled content will still remain in your items however users will not be able to see this video when viewing your profile.
10. How do I buy credits to view other user's images and videos?
You can buy credits by SMS or by credit card payment. Credits are like having money in your site wallet and can by updated at anytime. You can use your credit to send a photo or video on the website to a mobile phone, participate in a webcam chat with another Twisted Talent member or have a voice chat with a Twisted Talent member.
11. Does it cost money?
Whilst there is no subscription or access charges for using Twisted Talent on your mobile your standard Network Operator charges will apply for the mobile data that you transfer.
12. Is it compatible with my phone?
Twisted Talent can be accessed on all WAP compatible handsets. Some handsets don't support all the advanced features of Twisted Talent, wherever this is the case we try to provide alternate methods of accessing features on the specific handset. If you experience any problems please contact our support team (admin@twistedtalent.com ) so we can help resolve your problem and improve the service for other users.
13. How do I report a problem?
If you are experiencing problems with the service or would like to report a bug please email the Twisted Talent support team at admin@twistedtalent.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Or call 0845 225 1800 for support.
14. How do I post a comment?
You can leave comments on any of the entries in Twisted Talent if you are logged in.
15. I can't see my posting?
Twisted Talent is continuously moderated. You may experience a short delay when traffic is high but check back in a few minutes and you should see your content entry appear.
16. What can I do on Twisted Talent?
You can check out profiles, images and videos from everyone else. You can also upload your own text and videos to share with others. It's your space; you can pretty much do what you like with it!
17. Posting guidelines
Twisted Talent is a service for adults, (Please read the 'Terms & Conditions' for full details). You must own the rights to all content posted (including all photos and videos). Content can be professionally shot or self-generated, however you must own the rights to it. All content must be 'self generated' (recorded either by yourself or friends, and you must have all rights to content not recorded by yourself).
